I have found some references to Sahara camping trailers online (people selling them mostly). I also found an RV dealer called Sahara. What is it that you need to know about them?

Could anyone please give me some information on a 1978 Sahara trailer. I cannot find anything out about this trailer. It does not have to be a 1978 specifically but any knowledge of this trailer would be appreciated. Thanks

Try looking on the front, v-shaped "tongue" of the metal frame. It may be painted over, but it is often found there on the left side (if you are facing the trailer).

We have a 1966 shasta travel trailer but cannot find VIN # as the plate has been taken off at some time. I was told that Shasta put VIN numbers on other places on the trailer, any ideas??
